The Club is a not-for-profit organisation, with volunteers serving as instructors and administration staff. They boast vast experience and knowledge and are continually learning new skills and techniques to provide the best possible training.
In the Club's 22-year history, in excess of 3,000 handlers and their dogs have been trained, predominantly from the City of Joondalup but also from places as far afield as Guilderton, Bullsbrook and Perth's southern suburbs.
The Club offers very competitive fees for 12 months of training and provides a comprehensive booklet for handlers which can be referred to, ongoing, as a refresher and consolidation document of their training.
The Club has a strong working relationship with the City Rangers and has been a supporter of the City's Dogs Day Out event, held at Lexcen Park, Ocean Reef.
I look forward to serving the Joondalup Dog Training Club as its Patron and thank the Club for its role in helping to keep our communities safer as a result of the teaching and training they provide.
